Movement, Mindfulness and Meditation Series

Join me in a five week series to explore and experience the art and progression of Movement, Mindfulness and Meditation. The five sessions are guided using subtle preparatory poses, breath, and meditation to support you in your body while bringing ease to the mind.  The meditations are for all levels, taught in a safe, supportive, and healing environment.  Students will learn various practices to shift perspective and awareness of themselves and their lives in order to respond to life from a place of love, kindness and compassion. The essence of how to feel ones moment to moment awareness; presence.

WHERE: Old Wilson Schoolhouse Community Center

WHEN: All sessions begin promptly at 5:30 and will finish at 6:45pm.

Please bring a dedicated journal and a pen/pencil to each meditation.  You will also need something comfortable to sit. Recommended props are: yoga mat, meditation pillow, bolster, and blocks.  Chairs are available in the meditation space.
