YOGA
I stepped into the path of yoga over twenty-five years ago as a physical practice, and after sports related injures, followed the path of yoga into the unknown to heal my body and settle my mind. Yoga continues to fuel my curiosity and to be the best version of myself. I am first and foremost a student and teach through deep passion, life experience, love, perseverance, dedication and discipline. My introspection into the science of yoga remains endless and it’s with deep gratitude that I continue to share the lineage passed on from thousands of years ago.
With a kind and supportive eye and keen ability to listen, I work with each individual to guide them into physical mobility and comfort, balance, breath and meditation.
I am most grateful for the individuals who have supported and encouraged me along the way, most importantly my family; Johnny, Sophia, Ava and Nicolas Tozzi. Along with them, I hold deep respect and thanks to my teachers including; Dr. Paula Bromberg, Adi Amar, Bhavani Maki, Eddie Modestini, Eddy Marks & Mary Obendorfer, Rod Stryker, Sianna Sherman, Dr. Lorin Roche, Sadhguru and Ainslie Mintz. These incredible individuals have been instrumental in my growth and expansion.

802 Pilates, Health & FitnessJoin me for a Vinyasa series in the beautiful community of Middlebury, Vermont. Beginning with the first week, each class will focus on one of the five elements: Earth, Water, Air/Ether and Fire. Incorporating, asana, pranayama, meditation, and honoring Patanjalis Yoga Sutra, students will feel grounded, resilient and steady.

This year marks the series’ ongoing following to be in community. Listen, learn, and practice, to deepen your personal growth.
Please join me for a five week series to explore and experience the art and progression of Movement, Recollective Awareness, and Meditation. The five sessions are guided using subtle preparatory poses, breath, contemplation, and meditation practices to support you in your body while bringing ease to your mind. The meditations are for all levels, taught in a safe, supportive, and healing environment. Students will learn varying practices to bring clarity, perspective, and awareness of themselves and their lives. Learn to create and sustain your own personal meditation practice through effective, ancient techniques and understanding basic neuroscience to support and live the life you deserve, while leading with an open heart and genuine compassion.Old Wilson Schoolhouse Community Center
